What We Do?

Our Role:

To process and analyze incoming utilities bill from the service provider for submission of final payment to Finance Division. In this process, we manage:

• Invoice Collection
• Invoice Recalculation
• Open Close Service
• Payment Support
• Energy Data Connection Service

Our Objective:

To ensure the utilities and energy data is efficiently and accurately collected and made available for analysis by the Energy Manager to develop an effective energy management and campus sustainability strategy.
